ORDERS CONTAINING NFA ITEMS, PLEASE READ NFA INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
If your order contained a pistol, rifle, suppressor or frame we have to ship it to an FFL in your state of residence.
If you entered the FFL license number at checkout and we have their information on file, no further action is required. If you provided their name and/or address, we will look for them in our database. If we don’t have their information on file, we’ll need a copy of their FFL. It’s usually best to be proactive and have them email us their FFL any time you place an order.
You can email us your FFL information by responding to your order confirmation.
If you want to have your dealer send us their info have them email us at ffl@LonestarRifleworks.com and reference your order number. Please make sure they reference your order number when emailing us to avoid delays.
We do not have a fax machine.
We do not have a phone (it’s hard to send copies of FFLs through a phone. We’ve found email is much easier)
If you or your dealer need a copy of our FFL we have one available for download HERE.
FFL orders take a little longer than our standard processing time but are usually shipped in 1-2 business days from the time we receive your FFL information.
Make sure you verify with your dealer that the item you are purchasing is legal in your state and that they will accept the transfer. If an item needs to be returned because the FFL rejected it, we don’t charge a restocking fee but you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
SUPPRESSORS, SBRS AND OTHER NFA ITEMS:
For NFA items we will need the FFL information as well as the EIN (found on the dealers SOT receipt).
Please have your dealer send us their info to ffl@LonestarRifleworks.com and reference your order number. We will need their FFL and SOT.
If you entered the FFL information at checkout, that is NOT enough. Unless we have previously shipped an NFA item to that dealer, we do not have all the needed info to send an NFA item. Have your dealer contact us with their license information.
Due to the number of FFL/NFA items we process each week we will NOT HUNT DOWN THEIR INFO. We simply don’t have enough hours in the day to contact the dealer from every order. We need you to have them contact us.
